Founded in 1986, we have taken over the management of a family company that has acquired its experience in managing its own real estate and assets for many years. In the early 2000s, the demand for property management had risen to such an extent in our immediate surroundings that it had become inevitable for us to expand in this specific area. Obtaining a B.I.V. Recognition in 2003 allows us up until today to respond to this demand as a recognized real estate agent in Belgium and thus offer our services to third parties.
With the rise of environmental awareness and energy saving resources at that time, a growing amount of people became interested in energy-friendly housing renovation and construction projects. New questions arised like “How can I improve the isolation of my real estate property to save energy?”. Sound energy advice became of high demand. As recognized energy experts, we can also assist you here. Our goal is to offer the customer maximum services built on our experience and knowledge in real estate, so that their investment in real estate becomes a valuable asset on a long term basis.
